Shipping Policy

Roastedcofeebeans.ca endeavors to send out the finest and freshest coffee possible. We ship all product within 1-4 days of roast date. To ensure you serve only fresh coffee, we suggest purchasing 2-3 weeks volume per order.

Shipping Locations

Roastedcofeebeans.ca currently ships orders to Canada.

Shipping Schedule

We ship daily, Monday-Friday, except holidays.

Products are shipped out based on when the order is placed, below is a schedule

Monday – Friday	Shipped out the same day	Shipped out the next business day
Saturday – Sunday	Shipped out the next business day

Orders received after 9:00 A.M EST are sometimes shipped out the same day but this is not guaranteed.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number

Roastedcofeebeans.ca does not guarantee the arrival time of the package. Once we hand over the package to shippers, it is their responsibility. We can, however, assist you to track your package and help ensure that you receive it.

 

Returns 

We do our utmost to bring you the highest quality products, but if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you have 30 days to request a full refund. To return unsatisfactory goods, contact us via order@roastedcaffeebens.ca or at 519 807 0421 with your name, order number, products ordered, what you wish to return and the reason for the return. We will reply via email with a Return Authorization number and instructions on how to send the items back to us.
