PROFILE: Medium Roast. Delicate and floral, with citrus notes and a clean, light body.

REGION: Yirga Chefe. Small but famous region of Ethiopia that produces some of the best coffee in the world. 

PROCESS: Dry (natural) method - where the coffee cherries are laid out in the sun on a large concrete pad.

ALTITUDE: 1700 to 2200 meters above sea level.
