PROFILE: Light Roast. Bright and pleasant with chocolate and nutty flavor. 

REGION: Antigua is a large and well-known area in Guatemala nestled between three volcanoes: Fuego, Acatenango, and Agua.

PROCESS: A mixture of dry and wet – left in the sun to dry or water is employed to remove the skin from the coffee cherry. 

ALTITUDE: 1200 – 1700 meters above sea level.
